Most trainers enjoy learning how to incorporate games and activities into their curriculum; however, many are limited to activities they have experienced themselves. Though there are dozens of excellent game and activity books on the market, many trainers are not comfortable using an activity they have not seen or experienced before. Trainer Games in Action, Volume One & Two fills this gap between written instructions and participation in a workshop.

In these videos you will see us introduce the activity, lead a group through the exercise, debrief the experience and then give a few trainer tips for each exercise. Our purpose is to show you one way that the games can be presented and used to help you teach your content. Please adapt and change the activities to meet your needs and the needs of your learners.
At Executive Training ~ Team Quest we believe in the power of experiential learning and understand that games and activities are only one piece of that process! The most important part is the processing time which allows the learner to reflect on what happened, recognize patterns and apply the learning to other situations. Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle is a good tool to use to guide that process. We hope that you find this tape useful and that it helps you create powerful learning opportunities!
