Conflict Resolution. Is conflict hindering productivity at your organization? From Conflict to Collaboration through High-fidelity Communication covers topics like “Conflict as a transformational experience”, the extent to which the parties experience empowerment and recognition during the resolution process. Understanding the baseline of conflict, conflict acted out, the process of high-fidelity communication, and conflict resolution strategies are the focus of the remainder of the program, along with a unique strategy to aid in the understanding of various approaches to thinking. These differences in thinking are often the core issues involved in conflicts. Please contact us via email for inquiries or information.
Thinking Styles. The World According to Me is a unique look at various thinking styles based upon Nedd Herrman’s theory of the “whole brain model”. In short, we know the brain is divided into two hemispheres and that each of these hemispheres has an upper and lower section. This conceptually divides the brain into quadrants and different people look at situations from their own preferred quadrant of the brain. Each quadrant has its’ own unique duty and therefore “preferred” thinking style. Please contact us via email for inquiries or information.

The course objective is to foster better understanding and communication between the supervisor and lead worker, and the lead worker and staff. Please contact us via email for inquiries or information.
Advanced Skills. Offered as either a stand-alone or follow up course to Real-time Supervising, Managing Work Processes and Systems focuses on the more advanced skills required of experienced supervisors and mid-level managers. A broader scope of responsibilities requires these individuals to demonstrate more self-direction and leadership. Chapters addressed in the handbook include growing as a team leader, connecting within the organization, process mapping, developing projects, laying out a project, implementing a project, systems thinking and solving problems, solution finding, managing quality, building personal effectiveness, and managing performance. The course objective is to equip supervisors and mid-level managers with the skills relevant to their duties. Please contact us via email for inquiries or information.
Goal Setting. ACTION Living is a guided workshop designed to help individuals decide what they want and how to get it! ACTION is an acronym for the steps necessary to achieve success in life, in love, or at work. A is for Assess, assess your situation, C is for Choose, choose what you want, T = Tools, what tools, both mental and physical, will take you where you want to go, I = Itinerary, O = Orientation, Orient on success… everything counts, and the N is for Now, now that you have all this information in one place when are you going to use it. Please contact us via email for inquiries or information.
Time Management. Proactive Procrastination is designed to help better manage one’s time and the use thereof. Each of us procrastinates at some time or other and this costs businesses millions, if not billions, in missed deadlines and opportunities each year. Proactive Procrastination helps teach how you spend your time, which areas to focus on, according to your personal time and thinking style, to ensure the highest priority tasks get done on time and that procrastination affects only those items of lesser bottom-line impact. This creates the opportunity for continual improvement by mastering the important and urgent tasks first thereby affording time to “procrastinate” on tasks that are not urgent and/or not important. Often these non-urgent, non-important tasks can be accomplished in just a few moments of undivided attention. Please contact us via email for inquiries or information.
Team Building. Our team building programs are always customized to fit an organizations particular needs and wants. All the above listed programs include some type of team building element, but more active, hands-on events can be added or delivered as stand alone training options. Custom programs from ½ day to week long, or longer off-site, productions can be developed for your specific needs. Please contact us via email for inquiries or information.
Corporate Preparedness Programs. We provide training in a number of different emergency situations that occur in businesses, and the world, everyday. These include severe weather situations, natural disasters, man-made disasters, worker violence, domestic violence related to work, and personal self-defense classes.
